Terms of Service
Last updated: September 15, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mazí Dinners website and services at mazidinners.com (the "Service"), operated by Mazí Dinners ("Mazí", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use the Service.
2. Membership and Account
Membership in Mazí is by application or invitation. Access to the Service may be gated by a referral code, membership token, or waitlist approval. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and onboarding, and to keep your profile information current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Mazí offers membership subscriptions, including monthly and annual Socialite plans and founding-member plans. Plan details, pricing, and features are displayed at the time of purchase.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your selected interval.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then.
- Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.
- Founding-member plans are cohort-capped and may have price-lock guarantees for the first year, as described at purchase.
- We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscriptions are not affected until renewal.
4. Tokens and Rewards
Mazí operates a token system to reward engagement. Tokens may be earned for actions such as sign-up bonuses, referrals, hosting or joining tables, special thanks, and submitting feedback. Tokens have no cash value and are non-transferable. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the token program at any time without liability.
5. Dinner Tables and Bookings
Members may create dinner tables, join open tables, and invite guests. When you create or join a table, a booking request may be sent to the partner restaurant on your behalf. You are responsible for attending dinners you commit to and for complying with the venue's policies.
- Restaurants confirm or decline booking requests at their discretion. Mazí does not guarantee that any booking will be confirmed.
- Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in restricted access to future dinners.
- You are responsible for settling your own bill at the restaurant unless a set-menu arrangement is communicated in advance.
6. Referrals and Invitations
Members may invite others using referral or membership-token links. Depending on your city's configuration, tokens may be capped or freely available. Abuse of the referral system, including self-referral or fraudulent sign-ups, may result in forfeiture of tokens and account suspension.
7. Member Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
- Harass, discriminate against, or endanger other members, restaurant staff, or guests.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service without permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including its servers and security measures.
- Share your account or membership token with others for unauthorized access.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of tokens, and exclusion from future membership.
8. Content and Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Mazí or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use Mazí branding without prior written consent.
Content you submit, such as feedback, photos, or videos, remains your property. By submitting content and granting usage permission, you authorize Mazí to use it for marketing and promotional purposes in accordance with the permissions you provide at the time of submission.
9. Restaurant Partners
Mazí partners with independent restaurants, hotel venues, and fine-dining establishments. Restaurant availability, menus, and pricing are provided by the venues and may change without notice. Mazí is not responsible for the quality of food, service, or experience at partner venues, though we welcome feedback to improve our curation.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mazí disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any dinner or booking will occur as planned.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mazí and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mazí and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Termination
You may close your account at any time through your profile settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you cease, and you must stop using the Service.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved amicably where possible, and otherwise submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Doha, Qatar.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
